When you submit the inquiry form, vTechStack receives:

- Your project description
Please do not submit passwords, credentials, health information, financial account information, government identifiers, confidential source code, or other sensitive information through the form.
Technical information
Our hosting provider may process basic technical logs, such as your IP address, browser information, requested pages, and timestamps, to operate and secure the website.
Why the information is used
The information is used only to understand your inquiry, assess whether vTechStack can help, respond to you, and protect the form from abuse. It is not added to a marketing list or used for automated advertising.
How inquiries are processed
When you submit the form, your inquiry is sent to the vTechStack business mailbox so it can be reviewed and answered. A record that you agreed to this notice is kept with the inquiry.
Limited, short-lived pseudonymized records may be used on the hosting server to detect duplicate submissions and rate-limit abuse. These records are not used for profiling or marketing.
How long information is kept
Unsuccessful or inactive inquiries are ordinarily removed from the business mailbox after 12 months. If an inquiry becomes an active client engagement, relevant records follow the separate client, contractual, accounting, and legal retention requirements. Information may be removed sooner following a valid request unless continued retention is required by law.

We use Hostinger to host the website and provide email services. Hostinger may process limited information to provide and secure those services. Information may be processed outside your country, subject to applicable data-protection safeguards.
